						Out of Your Seat and On Your Feet with actors from Freestyle Repertory Theatre. Learn the basics of theater improvisation with this troupe of zany artists.
						Travels with Tricksters with the Bond Street Theatre Company. Follow Marty and Marti Grah around the world as they introduce you to the Moco Jumbie stilt dancers from the Caribbean, the Monkey King from China and other famous tricksters from Italy, Egypt and the United States. This event is filled with juggling, magic, masks and fun. What a way to start the season!

						Books, Bangles and Beads with artist Janine Hamilton. Discover the wonder of books as you create your own bestseller in the shape of a flower, heart, or house.
						Rhythms of the Soul with Madou Dembele and Super Yankadi. Master drummer Madou Dembele and his troupe of performers take us on a trip to West Africa with colorful costumes, traditional dances and the power of the drum.
				27		Handmade Paper Masks with artist John Currie. Build, shape, and decorate your own paper mask.
						Painting on Glass. Create your own glass artwork with artists from Urban Glass.
						One Monster After Another. A rollicking rendezvous with witches, monsters, ghouls and ghosts brings thrills and chills and lots of boasts with the ever-popular Child's Play Touring Theatre from Chicago.

						Start Dreamin' with Mr. Ray. Get your imaginations in gear and hitch your wagon to a star. Mr. Ray makes being a kid so much fun.

						Pinch Me, Pinch Pots clay workshop with artist Nina Lasky.
						The Animal that Drank up Sound with Tales and Scales. What would the world be like if there were no music, movement or art? Tales & Scales musically interprets this William Stafford poem and shows us what happens when the world is silenced by a selfish animal.

						Ballet Fiesta Mexicana de Yloy Ybarra. Experience the music, traditions and dance of Mexico through this colorful and exciting performance.

						Hirschfeld Caricatures at the Museum of the City of New York. Join Dwayne Ferguson for this artist-guided visit of the Al Hirschfeld exhibit. Hands-on activities included. Limited to 35 people.
						Ball in the House. This young a capella group has opened for `NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys. Now they bring their special mixture of harmonies to our stage.
				5		Musicians of the Sun with Flying Bridge Puppet Theatre. Warm up a wintery morning with this ancient Aztec tale filled with sunshine, music and puppets.

						People of the Land with the Kanata Native Dance Theatre. Enjoy dances of many Native American tribal nations during this performance filled with swirling dancers, magnificent headdresses and pounding drums.

						Flamenco - The Soul of Spain. Discover the grace, beauty and fascinating history of flamenco as Andrea Del Conte's Danza España treats us to a taste of Spain during this riveting performance.
				2		Bangin' and Sangin' with singer/musician Billy Jonas. Come hear this master of junk music create the sweetest sounds with old sneakers, bottles and cans.
						Make an Instrument out of Recycled Items with musician Billy Jonas.
						Goodnight Opus with the Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia. You won't believe what happens when Granny falls asleep and Opus departs from the text of this old bedtime story. These life-sized, black light puppets will amaze you in this delightful Berkley Breathed tale.
				16		Candlemaking with artist Susan L. Hale.
						Women of the Calabash. Combining traditional instruments, lush vocals, and musical forms with contemporary influences, Women of the Calabash have enchanted audiences of all ages for more than 20 years by performing music from Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean and Black America. Don't miss this amazing event.
				23		Wonderful Wire. Create figures and fantasy out of wire with artist Janet Braun-Reinitz.
						Codes of the Underground Railroad quilting workshop with artist Ife Felix.
						Irish Dance with Donny Golden and Company. Share an afternoon of Irish history, culture and dance led by one of the foremost Irish dance choreographers. This exhilirating performance is not to be missed.
				2		Ferdinand the Bull with the Hudson Vagabond Puppets. Life-sized puppets take the stage in this enchanting ballet about the bull who just wouldn't fight.
						Sandblasting with artists from Urban Glass. Bring a jar, drinking glass or bottle to decorate, then have it sandblasted to create a masterpiece. This workshop will be held at Urban Glass in Brooklyn.

						Spread the Word: A Storytelling Festival. Accomplished actress/storyteller Maxine Maxwell leads this afternoon of stories filled with adventure and humor. You'll get a chance to share your stories, too.

						World on a String with the Cashore Marionettes. Unmatched in artistry, grace and style, this internationally-acclaimed show returns for an encore presentation.
